• "GenZFriendship", "Platform", "We", "Us" denotes the administrative entity responsible for operating and maintaining the GenZFriendship digital environment.
• "User", "You", "Member" refers to any individual accessing, browsing, or maintaining registered account status within the Platform Services.
• "Content" encompasses textual communications, graphical representations, audiovisual materials, hyperlinks, metadata, and all other data forms transmitted through Platform infrastructure.

Access through third-party distribution channels (application marketplaces, aggregators) remains governed by these terms while acknowledging supplementary requirements imposed by distribution platforms.

Platform engagement requires compliance with jurisdictional digital service regulations and fulfillment of minimum age thresholds established by applicable governing authorities.

• GenZFriendship does not intentionally design services for pre-adolescent demographics. Individuals below legally permissible ages for digital social platforms within their residence jurisdiction must abstain from service utilization.
• Members bear sole responsibility for maintaining accurate age declarations during registration and preserving truthful account documentation.
• We reserve discretionary authority to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts demonstrating uncertain eligibility or presenting potential safety concerns.

Account holders assume complete liability for all activities conducted under their authentication credentials and associated digital identities.

• Maintain authentication credential confidentiality. Unauthorized credential sharing, commercial exchange, or third-party delegation constitutes policy violation.
• Utilization of unauthorized access points, imitation services, or third-party automation scripts claiming GenZFriendship connectivity is strictly prohibited.

Original content creators retain underlying intellectual property rights while granting Platform operational licenses necessary for service functionality.

• You provide GenZFriendship a non-exclusive, geographically unrestricted, royalty-free operational license to store, reproduce, transmit, and display user-generated content exclusively for Platform service delivery and enhancement.
• This limited license encompasses technical formatting, content delivery optimization, and necessary moderation review procedures.
• Content submission warrants possession of appropriate distribution rights and intellectual property authorization.
• You acknowledge Platform social architecture may enable other users to view, interact with, or reshare submitted content where functionality permits.

Platform utilization must not facilitate harm towards others, legal violations, or ecosystem integrity degradation.

• Child sexual abuse material dissemination, grooming behaviors, or predatory minor interactions warrant immediate exclusion.
• Systematic harassment, credible threats, stalking behaviors, hate-based rhetoric, or coordinated abuse campaigns are prohibited.
• Privacy invasion through doxxing, financial extortion, blackmail attempts, phishing schemes, or deceptive financial practices violates Platform terms.
• Malicious software distribution, unauthorized system access attempts, security vulnerability exploitation, or service integrity testing without authorization is forbidden.
• Spam propagation, automated message flooding, deceptive advertising, or artificial engagement manipulation constitutes policy violation.

GenZFriendship implements proactive moderation systems to ensure member protection and Platform stability maintenance.

• We reserve discretionary authority to remove content, restrict feature access, or limit account capabilities when necessary for community welfare.
• Enforcement actions may occur without prior notification, particularly regarding severe policy violations or criminal activity risks.
• Moderation decisions incorporate user reporting systems, automated detection mechanisms, and human review processes.
• Platform access constitutes a privilege rather than entitlement, with service refusal rights retained to protect collective community interests.

Voice/Video communication features operate as real-time transmission systems rather than pre-screened broadcast channels.

• Users bear full responsibility for audiovisual content transmitted during live sessions.
• Real-time interactions may involuntarily expose personal identifiers; exercise appropriate discretion during live engagements.
• Post-interaction moderation occurs based on reporting mechanisms rather than comprehensive live monitoring.
• All Platform safety regulations maintain full applicability throughout live communication sessions.

Platform functionality may incorporate external services for infrastructure, analytics, advertising, or media processing capabilities.

• We may include references or hyperlinks to external digital properties; such references do not imply operational control or content endorsement.
• Third-party service providers may process limited technical data to deliver integrated functionalities.
• Engagement with external services remains governed by respective provider terms and conditions.

While we endeavor to maintain consistent Platform accessibility, uninterrupted service availability cannot be guaranteed.

• Scheduled maintenance, security enhancements, or feature optimizations may necessitate temporary service limitations.
• Platform capabilities may undergo modification or removal to address safety requirements, legal compliance, or technological evolution.

Platform Services are provided on an "as available" and "as functional" basis, subject to applicable legal protections.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or flawless service operation.
• Accuracy, appropriateness, or safety of user-generated content cannot be comprehensively verified or guaranteed.
• Platform engagement, particularly interaction with unfamiliar users, involves inherent digital socialization risks that users voluntarily assume.

To the maximum extent permitted by governing law, GenZFriendship disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We are not liable for losses resulting from user misconduct, deceptive interactions, financial schemes, or identity misrepresentation.

• Public dispute escalation within community spaces ("call-out culture") is discouraged as it may exacerbate harassment risks.

This Agreement represents a living document subject to modification reflecting safety innovations, technological developments, or regulatory obligations.

• Revised terms become effective upon publication within the GenZFriendship digital ecosystem.
• Continued Platform utilization following agreement updates constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
